The Supply Chain Financial Service segment provides financial leasing and factoring services. The IoV and Data Service segment offers IoV terminal products and data services. Deewin Tianxia Co., Ltd was formerly known as Deewin Tianxia Investment Holding Co.,Ltd and changed its name to December 2020. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Xi'an, the People's Republic of China. Deewin Tianxia Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Shaanxi Automobile Group Co Ltd.
