The company hires a range of tools and accessories, including access, lighting, lifting, rail, survey and safety, ATEX, plant, communications, and pipework and engineering equipment; compressors, generators, and pumps; and heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment. It also sells access, lifting, survey, rail, and personal protective and safety equipment; various tools and equipment; and cutting, grinding, and sanding equipment, as well as site supplies. In addition, the company offers rehire, partnered, fuel management, testing, inspection, certification, advisory/technical, powered access, out of hours, building information modelling, and aviation services, as well as customer service centers; and site and traffic management and other training services. It sells its products through a network of approximately 207 depots, as well as online. Speedy Hire Plc was incorporated in 1968 and is headquartered in Newton-le-Willows, the United Kingdom.
