A'ayan Leasing and Investment Company K.S.C.P. engages in financial investments, trading and investing in properties, and leasing activities primarily in the State of Kuwait. It operates through four segments: Islamic Financing, Leasing Sector, Real Estate, and Proprietary Investment and Assets Management. The company provides lease financing services; acts as financial intermediary and broker; grants credit facilities to consumers; and participates in the establishment of companies and deals in the shares of the companies on its behalf and on behalf of third parties. It also involves in the marketing of products and services; portfolio management on behalf of the customers; investment in real estate properties in industrial, agricultural, and other sectors; and development and rental of residential land and commercial properties. In addition, the company conducts research and studies, and related activities on behalf of customers; and establishes investment funds and manages funds. Further, it engages in the leasing and investment securities related activities, as well as leases vehicle and equipment and provides logistic services. The company was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
