China Environmental Resources Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the sale of recycled metals, motor vehicles, and related accessories in the People's Republic of China and internationally. The company operates through seven segments: Trading of Recycled Metals, Trading of Motor Vehicles and Related Accessories, Property Investment, Provision of Financial Services, Securities Trading and Investment, Sales of Plantation Material and Products, and Hotel and Related Business. It also engages in car parking spaces rental, money lending, and securities trading and investment business; and operates green business of research, development, and application of technologies and solutions. In addition, the company manufactures, sells, and trades products, materials, and systems and services for green market including the environmental markets, agricultural markets, organic markets, and green technology markets; and operates hotel business. Further, it engages in the property investment and plantation related businesses. The company was formerly known as Benefun International Holdings Limited and changed its name to China Environmental Resources Group Limited in October 2009. China Environmental Resources Group Limited was founded in 1986 and is based in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
