Description

China Dredging Environment Protection Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides dredging services in Mainland China and internationally. It operates through four segments: Capital and Reclamation Dredging Business, Environmental Protection Dredging and Water Management Business, Other Marine Business, and Property Management Business. The Capital and Reclamation Dredging Business segment offers capital and reclamation dredging services, and related consultation services. Its Environmental Protection Dredging and Water Management Business segment provides dredging, water management, and construction services for promoting environmental interests and water quality primarily for inland rivers. The Other Marine Business segment is involved in marine hoisting, installation, salvaging, vessel chartering, and other engineering services. Its Property Management Business segment manages and leases shopping mall and factories; and constructs hotel. It is also involved in the manufacture and sale of dredging machines; provision of management, and lending and venture capital financing services in the technology sector; and property development, management, and investment activities. The company was formerly known as Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Limited and changed its name to China Dredging Environment Protection Holdings Limited in January 2014. China Dredging Environment Protection Holdings Limited was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Yancheng, the People's Republic of China.
