    PRESS RELEASE – PARIS, 18/02/2021 SENIOR EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS AT BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER, COLAS AND BOUYGUES TELECOM The Board of Bouygues Immobilier, and the Boards of Directors of Bouygues Telecom and Colas have announced a number of senior executive appointments. The Board of Bouygues Immobilier met on 11 February 2021 to appoint Bernard Mounier Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier as of 19 February 2021. He succeeds Pascal Minault, Chairman since February 2019, who is joining Bouygues Construction alongside Philippe Bonnave in order to prepare to succeed him as Chairman and CEO. Bernard Mounier joins the Bouygues Group Management Committee. Bernard Mounier, 62, joined the Bouygues group in 1983 as a works supervisor. After holding various operational and executive positions within Bouygues Construction in the Paris region, he was appointed Chairman of Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France in 2015. On 1 September 2018 he was appointed Deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction with responsibility for Bouygues Bâtiment France-Europe and Purchasing policy. He was also a member of Bouygues Construction’s Executive Committee. At its meeting of 15 February 2021, the Board of Directors of Bouygues Telecom decided to combine the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Richard Viel has thus been appointed Chairman and CEO of Bouygues Telecom. He had been Chief Executive Officer since 2018. Olivier Roussat, CEO of the Bouygues group, has therefore resigned from office as Chairman of Bouygues Telecom. Richard Viel, 63, is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Génie Électrique and INSEAD. He began his career at Dassault Électronique as an engineer before being appointed head of sales and marketing. He joined HP in 1988 as marketing director, then, in 1992, he became marketing and business development director at British Telecom in France. He was appointed Vice-President of Bull’s Telecoms Business Unit in 1996. He joined Bouygues Telecom in 1998 as Director of Customer Relations. He became Director of the Plan Segment in 2000 and Vice-President, Consumer Marketing in 2002. He was appointed Senior Vice-President, Business Services, Wholesale and Development in 2003. In November 2007, he was appointed Deputy CEO, and then Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Telecom in 2018. Richard Viel joins the Bouygues Group Management Committee. At its meeting of 16 February 2021, the Board of Directors of Colas decided to combine the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and appoint Frédéric Gardès, the current CEO, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Colas. Olivier Roussat has therefore resigned from office as Chairman of Colas. Frédéric Gardès, 49, is a graduate of École Centrale de Paris and the Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm. He began his career in 1994 in the Bouygues group as a Construction Engineer at Bouygues Offshore. From 2002 to 2011, he continued to pave his way at Saipem in management positions for major international projects. In 2011, he joined Colas as Director of GTOI, a Colas Reunion Island subsidiary. He then took the lead of the Indian Ocean Regional Division in 2013, and was tapped to become Deputy General Manager Northern Europe and Middle East in 2015. He was then appointed International Managing Director in March 2018. He was appointed CEO of Colas in May 2019. Frédéric Gardès joins the Bouygues Group Management Committee. Le Conseil de Bouygues Immobilier s’est réuni le 11 février 2021 pour nommer Bernard Mounier président de Bouygues Immobilier à compter du 19 février 2021. Il succède ainsi à Pascal Minault, président depuis février 2019, qui rejoint Bouygues Construction aux côtés de Philippe Bonnave afin de se préparer à lui succéder au poste de président-directeur général. Bernard Mounier rejoint le comité de direction générale du groupe Bouygues. Bernard Mounier, 62 ans, est entré dans le groupe Bouygues en 1983 en qualité de conducteur de travaux. Il exerce en Île-de-France différentes responsabilités de production et de direction au sein de Bouygues Construction avant d’être nommé, en 2015, président de Bouygues Bâtiment Ile de France. Depuis le 1er septembre 2018, il était directeur général délégué de Bouygues Construction en charge de Bouygues Bâtiment France Europe ainsi que de la politique achats. Il était également membre du comité exécutif de Bouygues Construction. Le conseil d’administration de Bouygues Telecom du 15 février 2021 a décidé de réunir les fonctions de président et de directeur général. Richard Viel a ainsi été nommé président-directeur général de Bouygues Telecom. Il assurait les fonctions de directeur général depuis 2018. Olivier Roussat, directeur général du groupe Bouygues, quitte donc son mandat de président de Bouygues Telecom.     PRESS RELEASE – PARIS, 18/02/2021 New governance and senior executive appointments at the Bouygues group The Bouygues Board of Directors at its meeting of 17 February 2021 decided, on a proposal from Martin Bouygues and after consulting the Selection and Remuneration Committee, to change the Group’s governance and make a number of senior executive appointments. As of 17 February 2021, the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will be separate. Martin Bouygues will be the Chairman of the Bouygues group. As such, he will continue to chair Board meetings, attend meetings relating to Group strategy and represent Bouygues in its relations with public authorities, major customers and partners. He will also carry out specific duties assigned to him by the Board. Olivier Roussat, previously Deputy CEO, is appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Bouygues group. In his new position he will exercise executive power over Bouygues SA and oversee and coordinate the five business segments. As such, he will chair the Group Management Committee. Olivier Roussat, 56, is a graduate of INSA – Lyon. He joined Bouygues Telecom on its foundation in 1995, having begun his career at IBM. He became head of network operations in 2003, then in 2007 took charge of the performance and technology unit before being appointed Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Telecom in 2013 and joined Bouygues SA in 2016 as Deputy CEO of the Bouygues group. Two new Deputy CEOs have been appointed to assist him in his duties: Edward Bouygues, Director of Strategy at Bouygues Telecom, joins Bouygues SA with responsibility for telecoms development, CSR and innovation for the Group. He will also be appointed Chairman of Bouygues Europe, the Brussels-based entity which represents Bouygues’ interests within the European Union. After joining Bouygues Telecom in 2014 as Head of Marketing, he was appointed CEO of RCBT (the Bouygues Telecom store network) in 2017, then Director of Strategy in 2019. Pascal Grangé, 59, Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer since 1 October 2019 and a member of the Group Management Committee, is appointed Deputy CEO. Pascal Grangé has a master’s in management, a master’s in law and a DESS postgraduate diploma in finance from Université Paris Dauphine. He joined the Bouygues group in 1986.
