The company operates through four segments: Retail; Corporate; Treasury; and Investment Services, Brokerage, and Other. It offers current, family, investment, savings, future, and business accounts; personal, auto, motor bikes, home, car, real estate, fleet, payroll, POS finance, contract, invoice, and working capital finance services; credit and debit cards; and employee fidelity, marine, engineering, machine breakdown, medical, property, liability, and cash in transit insurance products. The company also provides documentary collection, letters of credit, letters of guarantee, and supply chain finance services; and cash management services. In addition, it offers real estate and engineering consulting services; recruitment services; micro consumer financing, finance lease, and small and medium business financing services; and technical work in financial services, digital payment systems, financial settlements, and related services. Further, the company offers phone and online banking and digital services. Additionally, it is involved in investment in mutual funds, local and international share trading services, and other investment activities. It operates through a network of multiple branches and ATMs. The company was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
