TORONTO, Feb. 24, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hampton Financial Corporation (“Hampton” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV: HFC) (TSXV: HFC.PR.A) is pleased to announce the results from the Corporation’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held February 24, 2021. All matters put forth in the management information circular dated January 25, 2021 were passed, including the election of the five (5) nominees for election as director, each of whom was an incumbent director of the Corporation, identified in the management information circular.
